About Me:
Tracy White, who came to 1st Security Bank Home Lending in January of 2013, is one of the area’s most successful managers and loan officers.
A Bremerton resident since 1978, the Olympic High School graduate started in the home lending industry with Lynnwood Mortgage in 1986. In 1994, after working for eight years as a loan processor, Tracy became a loan officer and branch manager.
She remained with the company for 27 years, during its change to a full service savings bank (Golf) and later through a merger with Sterling Bank.
She was an annual member of the company’s Chairman’s Club, honoring its top producers, is a member of Seattle Magazine’s Top Loan Officers, and consistently receives 100% customer satisfaction reviews.
Married to David White, the couple has two adult daughters, Jessica and Shannon.
In joining 1st Security Bank, Tracy is reunited with many of her co-workers from the past and is excited to lead the new Poulsbo Home Lending team.
“The bank’s vision and commitment to being a great place to work and a great bank fit my goals perfectly,” Tracy commented. “The company fully supports the success and growth of its home lending business and provides the leadership and resources that will lead us to success.”

We have recently had several reports from clients about receiving unsolicited calls, texts, and other solicitations after applying for financing.
The credit bureaus are being paid by other lenders to provide your information to them as soon as your credit report is pulled.
The Fair Credit Act provides you the opportunity to remove your name from the credit bureaus solicitation list by going to www.optoutprescreen.com or call 888-567-8688. You also want to avoid solicitor phone calls by going to the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or call 888-382-1222.
